Ongoing updates
What counts as a normal update?
Normal content and website updates are included in the monthly price, and there's no per-change fee.
- Changing text
- Updating prices
- Swapping photos
- Adding or changing services
- New contact details
- New business hours
Larger pieces of work — a full redesign or a new booking system, for example — we'd quote first.
When does billing start?
On the day you activate your plan, after you've seen the preview and decided to go ahead. Never before.
Can I cancel?
Any time. There's no contract, no notice period and no cancellation fee — email us and we'll take care of it.
What happens if I don't like the preview?
Tell us and that's the end of it. Nothing is charged and you owe us nothing. If it's close but not quite right, tell us what you'd change and we can take another run at it.
What happens to my website if I cancel?
It comes offline at the end of your billing month and we hand your domain over to wherever you want it. We won't hold it hostage.
